Cold-water circulation system
COOLEX cools workers by circulating cold water inside the clothing. Water temperature can be adjusted within the range of 7 °C – 20 °C, depending on the situation.
COOLEX-1
High performance for workplaces where there is intense heat Perfect for workplaces where through-draft should be avoided
Effectively cools worker under high-temperature conditions. Perfect for welding or painting where draft adversely affects product quality.
COOLEX-Light
General model for general tasks, providing comfortable coolings for workers
Light weight design allows workers to move comfortably and effectively cools workers at general plants and outdoors.
OPTION
Can be used without running a hose on the floor. Optional hose balancer that contributes to improving workability and safety.
Extension hose
4 m extension hose connected to a standard hose. Working area can be extended up to 8 m (radius).
Chiller wagon suitable for wider working area. Even a worker tethered to a chiller with a hose can increase the area of mobility. Attached electric cable is 30 m long.
Sputter cover
Hose cover suitable for workplace where flames are handled. Materials with operating temperature of up to 150 °C are used, and 4 m to 8 m are available.
Clothing
Axilla cooling pad is adopted for effective body cooling. It provides both cooling efficacy and workability.
Flame-retardant material is used on the surface and for the size-adjustment strings. Suitable for workplaces in which flames are handled, such as where welding is carried out.
