Optical Data Transmission
DMS (compact model)
The Optical Data Transmission Device to meet the needs of compactness and lightness.
This device is parallel type, data transmission device with infrared ray.
This is small size and right weight with 50×50×20mm. It is suitable for data transmission such as interlocking with carrier robots, indicating destination of AGV’s. This device provides light-projecting amount adjuster and so area adjustment can be made by it. Weight 210g is much lighter than before.
DMH-GB/HB (high speed type)
This device is high-speed type, data transmission device.
The transmission time is 7ms which is 5 times faster than the normal 8-bit DM series. So it’s possible to transfer and receive more data within limited time.
DMH-GC/HC (16 bit, high speed type)
More compact and lighter compare with previous models. With light emission adjuster, the transmission distance can be easily customized.
CWF-01/02 (compact, middle distance type)
All necessary features are included within the body size 80x80x40mm. Applications are for controlling starker cranes of automatic warehouse and other overhead cranes which require certain distance.
DM-GF/HF (Serial type)
Cable-free Data transmission Device which can be connected to FA computers and PLC with serial interface.
BWF (long distance type)
Long distance Optical Data Transmission Device with serial interfaces. Sophisticated functions are available even with the compact size and light weight. The long distance transmission is enabled by our own data signal processing technologies.
Transmission speed: up to 19.2kbps
Interface: RS-232C/422 and Current loop/RS-232C etc.
CWF-11/12 (compact, long distance type)
Transmission distance is 80m that is the longer version of CWF-01/02. Optical axis can be easily adjusted.
DMC (DeviceNet compatible)
Compatible with DMS-GB/HB-V and DMG-GB/HB, therefore they can be used together as the communication partners. With detachable connectors, maximum 63 units can be connected to a master unit.
DMM (CC-Link compatible)
There are compatibilities between: DMM-GB/HB and DMS-GB/HB-V
DMM-GC/HC (16 bit) and DMH-GC/HC
Therefore they can be used together as the communication partners. With detachable connectors, maximum 64 units can be connected to a master unit.

URG-04LX-UG01 (Simple-URG)
Low price model. Best for beginners. USB bus power driven. Obstacle detection for autonomous service robots. Please use Classic-URG when higher accuracy is required.
UTM-30LX (Top-URG)
30m and 270° scanning range. Working under 100,000lx with IP64 protection structure. Possible for outdoor applications such as service robots. Suitable for robots with higher moving speed because of 25msec scanning time. DC12V.
UBG-04LX-F01 (Rapid-URG)
28msec scanning time, suitable for high speed robots to avoid obstacles or make road map. 4m and 240° scanning range, DC12V.
URG-04LX (Classic-URG)
The fist mass production model with the most compact size. Suitable for autonomous service robots as a means of environment and self-position recognition. With compact size and light weight, power consumption is very low. 4m and 240° scanning range, DC5V.
UXM-30LN-P (2D reflective sensor for obstacle detection)
It is enable to make a longer-range detection because of improving the sensitivity. Black color detection function is improved, too.
UTM-30LN (2D reflective sensor for intrusion detection)
30m and 270° scanning range. Working under 100,000lx with IP64 protection structure. Suitable for security purpose as a monitor in outdoor environment. 25msec scanning time, also possible for sticking-out detection.
UBG-05LN (Distance measurement type Laser obstacle detector)
Accuracy is greatly improved compare with PBS series. With DC24V, this sensor can be broadly used for control system or equipment. Field pattern: 31.
URG-04LN (Distance measurement type Laser obstacle detector)
The most compact obstacle detection sensor with distance measurement principle using laser. Able for delicate field settings. Scanning angle is 240°, broader than PBS series. DC5V.
PBS (Distance measurement type obstacle detector)
Infra-red LED light source, distance measurement type obstacle detector. Fine settings available for each pattern, greatly improved than normal reflective photo sensors. Scanning angle: 180°, compact body with height of 60mm.
