Custom micron head system

The nozzle base, which is different from the conventional type of head, has three holes for air passage, taking into consideration the flow of compressed air. This causes the air to be dispersed, thereby enabling fine atomization of the spray. The nozzle head system, which consists of four parts, undergoes repeated spray testing and fine-tuning until the spray characteristics are as perfect as possible. When the need for parts replacement arises, it is recommended to replace the whole head set (all of the four parts). The nozzle is available in two bore sizes: 0.18 mm (smallest) and 0.23 mm. Air adjusting knob (CM-CP only)

The airbrush has an air adjusting knob at its tip for air flow fine-tuning. It allows the air flow rate to be controlled at the handle. Adjusting air produces a sandy or grainy texture. The knob enables optimal fine-tuning that professional painters demand.

Scaled preset handle

Every Custom Micron Series airbrush comes with a scaled preset handle. The handle enables the paint flow to be adjusted. With the scale, it is always possible to set the paint flow to the same value.

Hi-Line Series

This series consists of high-end models that feature a preset handle and an air adjusting knob as standard components.

Airbrush HP Plus Series

This series provides standard airbrushes having a preset handle as an additional feature.

Eclipse Series

The airbrushes of this series feature a drop-in nozzle and are suitable for beginners and intermediate-level airbrush painters.

Eclipse Series (Gun Type)

This series offers gun type airbrushes featuring an ergonomic design focused on grip and ease of handling and capable of spraying a fine mist of paint with a small amount of air. While their compressor is compact, the airbrushes can provide fine mists and pattern widths equivalent to those of spray guns.

Features

• The lineup consists of three models: gravity feed type (HP-G3/G5), suction feed type (HP-G6), and model with a different nozzle size.
• Both flat and round spray patterns are supported.
• The spray gun type airbrush is easier to handle.
• The nozzle and center cup are made of rust-proof stainless steel (HP-G3/G5).
• The bodies of HP-G3 and HP-G5 have twilight chrome plating, giving them a chic look.

* Even with a compact compressor, particles become coarse if the amount of air is insufficient.
　 It is recommended to use a two-cylinder compressor or a compressor of 125 W or higher.

• There are two types: double action and single action.

• The trigger uses a side bottle, which can be installed on either left or right side, making the airbrush perfect for left-handers as well.
