・We have developed our original mixing mechanism (premix) that maximizes the mixing accuracy of urethane coating with two solutions (patent pending).
Key point of the solution
The simple structure reduces paint adhesion to the mixing part, compared to the conventional premix models, resulting in much greater maintainability.

・The newly developed control valve realizes a lightweight, compact, and highly durable unit.
Key point of the solution
The packing-less structure eliminates the risk of the hardener hardening due to reaction with airborne moisture and causing an operation failure, while at the same time improving maintainability significantly.

• A desired combination can be chosen freely as appropriate for the installation location and needs (separate type).
• Water-based paint can be used as well (a verification test is necessary).

• Provides various alarms related to mixing (pot life, mixing ratio, flow rate control, empty tank, leakage, and clogging).
