This gear pump is suitable for a stable small-volume supply of paint.

Features

• High discharge accuracy and easy setup

Repeated discharge accuracy can be maintained within the range of ±2%.
The flow rate can be adjusted digitally, and fine-tuning operations are easy.

• Function to reduce the cleaning time

A model with a cleaning time reduction mechanism (flushable mechanism) is available that may be used to reduce the cleaning time when changing colors or in other situations.
Overall control is possible, including the control panel.

• Huge reduction in cleaning thinner consumption

Compared to the previous paint pumps, this pump can be cleaned with approx. 1/6 to 1/8 of the amount of thinner.

• Fast response system for robot coating

Fast response is realized by driving the explosion-proof servo motor according to commands from the robot side.
When highly accurate discharge control is necessary, stable coating can be achieved by having the system fully synchronized with the robot coating program.
