Since the basic atomizing mechanism is the same as that of the airless spray gun, the multi spray unit causes less paint mist bounceback and spattering, compared to the air spray guns, which helps reduce paint consumption and improves the coating environment in terms of the health of painters, the cleanliness of the coating room, etc.
The medium-size plunger pump provides a sufficient level of atomization even with high-viscosity paint.
Spraying compressed air through an air cap, as with the spray gun, promotes atomization, resulting in a superb thick-film paint surface.
Since the atomizing air pressure is lower than that of the air spray gun, paint easily penetrates into the inside and corners of a box-shaped workpiece.
