Paint Pressure Tank (Paint Tank)
For continuous coating of paint of the same single color, the paint pressure tank is convenient.
Applications
Applications
- For solvent-based paint, use the general-purpose type (PT-**D/PT-**DM).
- For water-based paint, use the water-based paint type (PT-**DW/PT-**DWM).
Features (General-Purpose Type/Water-based Paint Type)
- For continuous coating of paint of an almost constant color, the 10- to 80-liter paint pressure tank is convenient.
- There are two models, manual and automatic, equipped with an agitator to prevent paint from precipitating.
- The automatic model mixes paint continuously with an air motor and is useful when paint that easily precipitates is used or when a coating job is done at a remote location.
- The inner container (option) is mounted inside the paint pressure tank and ideal for coating jobs involving frequent color changes (material: SUS304).
Paint Pressure Tank for Water-Based Paint
- The tank has its interior wall treated to resist rust where it contacts paint.
- Suction pipe, mixing handle, and bolts that come into contact with paint: Stainless steel
- Suction filer body, turbulence plate, support band, and fastening band: Electroless nickel plating
- Mixing blade
- The tank cannot be used for solvent-base paint.
-Tank interior wall treatment: Powder coating
-Lid rear surface treatment: Urethane coating with two solutions
-Inner containers made of stainless steel are also available.
-Manual mixing blade: Hard chrome plating
-Automatic mixing blade: Electroless nickel plating
