The HEPA filter of the clean fan filter unit attached to the top panel possesses the capacity to trap over 99.97% of all particles of 0.3μm or larger, and can create a highly clean space in the limited space of a tabletop. By combining it with small-type precision air conditioning equipment, not only cleanliness, but an environment with constant temperature and humidity can also be achieved. Frame materials can be selected according to installation conditions. Compatible with aluminum frames as well as acrylic/UPVC panels.
