Clean Fan Filter Unit

The PAU-FFU series of clean fan filter units achieves the clean environment appropriate for the installation environment. The high static pressure fan sucks in air containing particles, and by passing it through the HEPA filter highly clean air is supplied. We have a standard lineup of 7 types with differing processing airflows, so you can select the unit you need according to your cleanliness requirements and the area of the space in which it is to be used. In order to avoid decreases in ventilation frequency due to filter stoppage, a heatable wind speed sensor is standardly equipped, so pressure drops can be constantly detected. Also, by combining it with precision air conditioning equipment, cleaned air plus temperature/humidity control can also be achieved.
