Features

• Can be used for oils and fats, fat-related foods and general foods, conformed to Foods.Conformed to “Food Sanitary Law, Notification of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No.201” （All items including heptanes）.
• Can be washed by hot water (100℃ or less)
• Hygienic, can be cleaned with hot water (100℃ or less), with 95% Ethanol.
• Can be incinerated by fire after use, no noxious gas※ is generated (ash less than 0.1%).
• Translucent wall enables visual check of the material flow.
• With reinforcing fiber, can withstand pressure Max.0.7Mpa (7.1kgf/cm²).
• Lightness enable the hose to float on water.※1.Hydrogen chloride, SOx, NOx, Hydrogen cyanide, and Ammonia.

Applications

• For transportation of food oil, alcoholic drinks such as Sake, Liquor, soft drinks, etc （Liquid and powder conveying）
• Clean piping system as transporting pure water
• For transportation for hot water （100℃ or less）.
• Note : About the pressure resistance on the condition more than 50℃, please confirm the following chart.
