VERTICAL FLOAT SWITCH　KF-300/KFE-3000 Series

As a read switch is used, it can be used at ease 10 million times or more.
SUS304 (316, 316L) and a corrosion-resistant resin are used for the wetted surface, it can be used for a wide variety of liquids.
Lots of operations can be selected and multiple points can be detected by increasing the number of read switches.
There are no worries about influence by moisture, gas, dust, and so on.
The simple structure makes it easy to use.

Operating Principles

A magnet is built in the float and a read switch is set in the stem. The magnet built in the float turns ON/OFF the read switch according to the rise and fall of the liquid level.

The stoppers on the top and bottom of the float restrict the moving range of the float for the purpose of self-maintenance of the contact operations.
