Features

MICROWAVE TYPE FLOW SENSOR KFD-1/KFD-2

Even one pellet is not overlooked!
High sensitivity and stability with 24 GHz power!

  • Even one pellet is not overlooked by our proprietary circuit.
  • It can permeate substances such as a glass and synthetic resin to enable indirect detection.
  • It is not easily affected by dirt and scale on the detected surface.
  • Both a minute flow and large amount of flow can be detected by adjusting the sensitivity.

Operating Princicles

When a microwave emitted from the sensor touches the powders or granules flowing in the pipe, the reflected wave converts and amplifies the frequency drift according to the Doppler effect, and produces contact output.

Features

PARTICLE FLOW SWITCH KDS-1

It monitors the concentration of discharged dust and particles and detects the flow/no flow!

  • It has no drive section and can keep the high functions through the minimum maintenance.
  • Measurement can be made only by attaching one electrode to the duct or pipe of the dust chamber exit.
  • It is a compact all-in-one type that can be handled and adjusted easily.
  • It is not affected by flow velocity fluctuations.
  • Low concentration can be measured by the high sensitivity.

Operating Princicles

The particle concentration is detected by the electrode attached to a duct or pipe. Electric charges retained by particles are measured. Contact output is made when the concentration reaches the preset value.

Standard Specification

Power Source 105VAC/210VAC ±10% 50/60Hz
Output Contact SPDT 250VAC 5A
ON Delay 60sec. max. (Variable)
OFF Delay 60sec. max. (Variable)
Temperature Amplifier -20℃~+55℃
Electrode -20℃~+80℃(High Temp option)
Enclosure Rating IP-67
