Provides long life in dry or wet environments, even underwater. Rollers available in SUS304 stainless steel or engineering plastic (white).

Long life
Offers over 4x the wear life of SS Series when combined with stainless steel rollers. When combined with engineering plastic rollers, offers over 10x the wear life.
Lightweight, quiet
LSC Series with engineering plastic rollers is 15% lighter than SS Series and 7-10 decibels quieter.
Perfect for clean environments
Ideal for use in washdown processes on manufacturing lines, in food equipment that often uses water during operation, in the sanitary and pharmaceutical packaging industries, and a wide range of other industries.
Caution
- Engineering plastic sleeves (black pipe) have been inserted between pins and bushes. Be careful of this sleeve falling out during chain disassembly, and always be sure that the sleeves are present between pins and bushes when connecting.
- Regularly clean any black wear dust generated.
- Avoid using engineering plastic rollers in contact with water or underwater, as this may lead to premature roller wear.
