KabelSchlepp will be integrated into the Tsubaki Group and made responsible for managing the worldwide Cable Carrier Systems business.

For more than 40 years, both companies have been close cooperative partners. With this integration, we will leverage our successful working relationship in one strategic enterprise.

This clearly strengthens the global competitiveness and market position for the KabelSchlepp business units Cable Carrier Systems and CAPS, which includes Guideway Protection, Conveyor Systems, and Machine Enclosures.
