TSUBAKI Lambda® Chain
Lambda® Chain KF Series

Combines the previous heat resistant Lambda Chain series and food grade Lambda Chain series into our new KF Series Lambda Chain.

Thanks to the special NSF-H1 certified oil impregnated bushes, Lambda Chain KF Series is usable in a wide temperature range (from ambient temperature to 230°C) and for food product applications while at the same time being kind to the environment.

Features

Usable from -10ºC to 230ºC with stable lubrication and wear performance.
Thanks to special lubricant that resist volatilization and degradation, exhibit superior wear performance in high temperature environments.

Uses NSF-H1 certified oil for use on food equipment
Uses environmentally friendly NSF-H1 certified food grade oil for use on food equipment where additional lubrication is difficult and wear is a problem.

Less maintenance time for increased productivity
Special oil-impregnated bushes require no additional lubrication, which means cleaner equipment and a cleaner work environment.

Safety Precautions for Lambda Chain

• Do not use Lambda Chain if the chain will come in direct contact with food or where coating flakes or wear dust can contaminate food. Also, in non-food applications, appropriately cover the chain or contact a Tsubaki representative about chain selection if using in environments where coating flakes or wear dust present problems. Though nickel is not subject to the japan Food Sanitation Law or the Industry Safety and Health Law, plating on sliding parts can peel.
• Do not use Lambda Chain where there is the possibility of exposure to chemicals, water, or cleaning/degreasing vapors.
• Oil might spatter depending on the usage conditions.
• Please be aware that NSF H1 non-compliant rust prevention oil and assembly oil may be present on the chain.
