Worm Series LPWB provides large thrust by using a high precision worm gear and a highly efficient ball screw manufactured with technology based on nearly a century of manufacturing tradition.

Clean
There are no hydraulic pumps or pipes, so no worries about oil leakage from the connecting parts.
Easy installation
No need for hydraulic pumps and pipes. Can be operated just by connecting a three-phase power source.
Accurate control
Changing speeds and accurate positioning are possible by using an inverter.
Low cost
Reduces costs by significantly reducing the number of parts.
High load capacity
Can be used with large loads like jacks can thanks to its special steel alloy. (The maximum load capacity is 50t in the large thrust zone.)
Compact shape that is substantially closer to hydraulic cylinders
Comparison of total length with hydraulic cylinder
- Uses a Tsubaki high precision worm gear for the reducer, and it incorporates a support structure for the ball screw and gear.
- The total length of the unit can be significantly reduced since there is no need for a bracket unlike with traditional power cylinders.
- Main unit mounts with clevises on both ends, which is the most popular method for mounting hydraulic cylinders.
