Combination of NES Low Inertia Hubs | TKK Corporation

Echt-Flex® Coupling
Combination of NES Low Inertia Hubs

This small disk coupling employs extra super duralumin for the hub and spacer, that is ideal for a small servomotor drive.

The original stepped hub configuration helps achieve a lower moment of inertia.

All models are RoHS compliant.

Standard

Capacity (N·m{kgf·m}) Bore Diameter Range (mm)
5.0 {0.51} to 300 {30.6} φ5.0 to φ42

Features

Low Moment of Inertia
The low inertia hub uses light-weight and high-strength extra super duralumin for the spacer. The unique hub configuration achieves a lower moment of inertia. Ideal for high acceleration/deceleration operations such as a servomotor drive.

High Torsional Stiffness
With its high torsional stiffness, provides excellent servomotor responsiveness and is suitable for precise control.

No Backlash
As all torque is transmitted via friction locking, there is no backlash. Excellent for high-precision positioning.

Easy Installation
Both sides of the hubs are assembled to ensure concentricity. Can be connected with the shaft by simply tightening one clamp bolt on each side.

Environmentally Friendly
This product is compliant with the RoHS directive as well as hazardous chemical substance regulations JIG, PFOS and 15 SVHCs.

Extensive Lineup
Can meet the wide variety of needs with 56 combinations of low inertia and straight hubs, supporting 3252 patterns of different shaft bore diameters.
