Double Pitch Chain with Outboard Rollers
A free flow chain using a Double Pitch Chain base with an extended pin with freely rotating outboard rollers attached.
Outboard rollers are perfect for downsizing conveyors. Multiple outboard rollers can be attached, making the chain ideal for conveyors where small items are directly conveyed on the chain.

Staggered installation
- Example of staggered installation with outboard rollers attached every link.
- When outboard rollers are attached every link in a staggered installation, plastic brake rollers are normally attached every three links (cross-hatched rollers in diagram).
Parallel installation
- Example of parallel installation with outboard rollers attached every other link. Outboard rollers can be attached freely, but not every link.
- When attached in parallel every other link, plastic brake rollers are normally attached every six links (cross-hatched rollers in diagram).
Product Lineup
Standard Series
The base chain is steel, with R rollers available in steel or plastic.
Lambda Series
Bushes on the base chain are special oil-impregnated bushes for lube free operation. (Steel outboard rollers require additional lubrication.)
SS Series
Base chain and base chain rollers (both S and R rollers) are stainless steel for corrosion resistance. R rollers available in plastic as well.
