TSUBAKI Double Plus Chain
Double Plus Chain Lambda® Series
A Free Flow Chain using a unique combination of small and large diameter rollers to allow high speed conveyance at 2.5x the speed of the chain.
Low chain speed allows for quiet accumulation. Lambda Series uses a special oil-impregnated bush to provide lube-free, long life operation.
Structure
- “X” indicates a press fit. Other parts are slip fit.
- Bushes are a special oil-impregnated sintered bush.
- Bushes are press-fitted into the inner link plate.
- Pins are coated with a special nickel plating.
- The inner and outer plates have a black oxide coating.
