Tsubaki Bearing Bush Chain enables chains to be used in conveyor systems considered impossible up to now. Ideal for automated, laborsaving, or high-speed applications for improved productivity.
In addition to our Standard Series, we offer High Precision Series and Stainless Steel Series chains as well.
Product Lineup
Standard Series
Initial elongation (0.02%) is less than with bearing cage chain. Will not elongate further after that. A wealth of custom configurations is available to meet your needs.
High Precision Series
Top surfaces of attachments are ground. Link plates are nickel plated except for top surfaces of the attachments. Space between bushes and rollers is smaller.
SS Series
All parts except the needles are stainless steel. Bearings are sealed to allow use in contact with water. Chain wear elongation is minimal.
