BS standard (European standard) roller chains requires special BS sprockets (RS sprockets/JIS standards cannot be used due to a different number of teeth and outer diameter).

Sizes, hardened teeth specifications, and bore finishings not shown in the dimensional chart are also available on an MTO basis. Contact a Tsubaki representative for more information.

Torque Limiter Sprockets

Torque limiters are typical mechanical devices for overload protection, and such it is essential that the friction surface of their center member be finished properly to ensure the precise, accurate overload detection of the torque limiter.

Sprockets for torque limiters are provided with special surface finishing to realize the ideal surface finish.

• Usage conditions: Sprocket width > Torque limiter bush width (The sprocket width must be larger than the bush width.)
• All other dimensions are the same as those for standard 1A Type sprockets.
• Refer to the torque limiter compatibility table for the d and Dw ranges.
• Uses an H7 finished bore diameterd.
