TSUBAKI Plastic Top Chain
TPM Series

Uses a chain pitch that is 1/2 that of traditional plastic top chain.

Useful in reducing conveyor noise and saving space in connecting areas.

  • TPM: Stainless steel pin type (with float-preventive tabs)

 

Features

  • Uses a 19.265mm chain pitch for reduced conveyor noise and space savings in connecting areas.
  • Can use TPS Series sprockets (with an odd number of teeth), so parts are interchangeable.
  • *Set the pitch so that all teeth of the TPS Series sprocket (TTUP1012T, divided number of teeth = 21T) engage with the chain links.

  • Comes with float-preventive tabs to prevent floating around corners and conveyor inclines/declines. It also prevents scratches on the plate upper surfaces on the return way.
  • Not available with plastic pins.

* ALF Series (ultra-low friction and wear resistant series) dramatically reduces the amount of wear debris generated from sliding with running rails (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) under non-lubricated conditions while maintaining the same ultra low coefficient of friction coefficient as the conventional ULF Series.
