Float-preventive tabs prevent floating on corner and incline/decline sections, and prevent scratches to plate surfaces on the return way. Can use the same sprocket as the TPS and TPU Series. Parts can be interchanged. Plastic pin types are entirely lightweight plastic for easy handling and replacement. Users can expect longer chain life under water lubricated conditions than with stainless steel pins.

• The shape of the float-preventive tabs on stainless steel type chains (plate width: 82.6mm) was changed in October 2008. *Plastic pin types were not affected.
• Old and new style chains can be connected.

Notice: Integration of ULF Series with ALF Series

• We will be integrating ULF Series Plastic Top Chain with ALF Series on orders from April 2017.
• We will be integrating ALF Series with ULF Series Plastic Modular Chain and Plastic Block Chain on orders from June 2017.

* ALF Series (ultra-low friction and wear resistant series) dramatically reduces the amount of wear debris generated from sliding with running rails (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) under non-lubricated conditions while maintaining the same ultra low coefficient of friction coefficient as the conventional ULF Series.
