TSUBAKI Plastic Top Chain
TPUM Series

Features half the pitch of conventional top chains. Version of TPM Series for sideflexing conveyance.

Effective in creating quieter conveyors and making transfer areas more compact.

Features

• Chain pitch (19.625mm) is half the pitch of conventional top chains. Effective in creating quieter conveyors and making transfer areas more compact.
• Can use TPS Series sprockets (odd number of teeth). Parts can be interchanged.
  ※When setting the pitch, ensure that all TPS Series sprocket teeth (TTUP1012T: Calculated no. of teeth = 21T) engage the chain links.

* Float-preventive tabs prevent floating on corner and incline/decline sections, and prevent scratches to plate surfaces on the return way.
* Not available with plastic pins.

Notice: Integration of ULF Series with ALF Series

• We will be integrating ULF Series Plastic Top Chain with ALF Series on orders from April 2017.
• We will be integrating ALF Series with ULF Series Plastic Modular Chain and Plastic Block Chain on orders from June 2017.

* ALF Series (ultra-low friction and wear resistant series) dramatically reduces the amount of wear debris generated from sliding with running rails (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) under non-lubricated conditions while maintaining the same ultra low coefficient of friction coefficient as the conventional ULF Series.
