Chain using comb-shaped plates for sideflexing conveyance.

Minimum sideflex radius: 500mm

Version of TTPH for sideflexing conveyance. Ideal for conveying PET bottles, dessert cups, and other unstable containers.

Features

  • Uses a comb-shaped plate to minimize gaps between links. Ideal for conveying PET bottles, dessert cups, and other unstable containers.
  • Plate surfaces have increased flatness to prevent container wobbling and toppling.
  • Has the same basic dimensions as TTUP Series. Simply replacing your TTUP Series can give you more stable container conveyance.
  • Both plate edges have been slightly beveled for smooth transfers between plates during lateral transfers.

* ALF Series (ultra-low friction and wear resistant series) dramatically reduces the amount of wear debris generated from sliding with running rails (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) under non-lubricated conditions while maintaining the same ultra low coefficient of friction coefficient as the conventional ULF Series.
