Flow Selector of iB-Flow
- The opening ratio of the needle which controls the flow rate can be controlled by remote operation.
- Control by flow rate feedback is possible.
- Multiple flow rate settings are switchable.
- Supports tube sizes of 4mm. 6mm. and 8mm.

Main unit of iB-Flow
- A micro flow rate type for tube size 4mm and 6mm tubes are now available.
- Low-speed control of cylinders. and speed control of small-diameter cylinders are supported.
- Precise remoter digital control of the micro flow rate is possible.
- Can be used for controlling the opening / closing speed of air operated valves.
- New release of low flow type for tube size 4mm.6mm.
- Digital setting for cycle time: Easy setting for actuation time of a cylinder (numerical input from 0.05 to 30 seconds).
- Safety lock mechanism: Safety structure not to loosen the needle.
- Measurement of actuation time: Actuation time of a cylinder can be measured.
- Copy function: Easy setting for synchronous actuation of cylinders.
- Digital setting for the throttle opening: The throttle opening can be set numerically (from 0 to 100%).

Takt time controller of iB-Flow
- Air cylinders can operate continuously at set takt time (operation time).
- Avoid equipment stoppage and eliminate adjustments due to variations in takt time.
- Monitoring errors helps predictive maintenance and quality stabilization.

- Setting unit can be used with Battery unit while there is no power supply.
