Cold Forging
Parts former
The excellence of the cold forging processing is its good production efficiency of 60 to 120 pieces per minute and it is capable to handle from raw material to finished product through the process. Cost reduction become possible by producing parts with good dimensional accuracy and minimizing post-processes such as cutting and by shortening the processing time. At KONSEI, we conduct production and development, focusing on small to medium sized products (shaft diameter dia.10 to 28).
Stamping
A complex and precise forging can be made through the combination of “partsformer” + “press,” by blank manufacturing with a parts former. The simplification, labor-saving and resource conservation of post-processes is made through an improvement in the accuracy of the complex processing level, and furthermore and environmental load reduction is achieved.
Cleaning
This is a degreasing cleaning by hydrocarbon-based cleaning solution that targets general metal parts. Hydrocarbon-based cleaning solution is highly suitable for the degreasing of metal processing oil, and its features include being less corrosive to metal, capable of being recycled by distillation regeneration, being relatively inexpensive and economical and having high degreasing power.
Heat Treatment
It is possible to suppress the oxidized scale as well as the generation of rust or the like by processing (heating and cooling) products to be processed by vacuum heat treatment in a non-oxidizing state (vacuum state). For products that undergo air and atmosphere heat treatment may require extra costs as a result of needing a removal step (shot blasting and barrel polishing) caused by oxidized scale, etc. in the appearance. Implementing vacuum heat treatment would lead to cost reduction by making processes such as “shot blasting and barrel polishing” unnecessary, since the finished appearance almost unchanged before and after the treatment.
