Feed Pump
Sucks up ultra high viscous fluid directly from a pail or drum to feed into the Heishin Dispenser, leaving very little residual fluid.
Easy Feeder
By air-pressurizing a cartridge filled with silicone resins installed in the holder, the cartridge holder directly supplies materials to the Heishin Dispenser.
By filling pressurized cartridge tank with non-fluid materials, the cartridge is ready for direct supply to the Heishin Dispenser. 1000 mL and 2000 mL sizes are available.
These are small hoppers that can be directly mounted to the Heishin Dispenser. Best used when providing small lots of materials with high fluidity.
Others
When the supplying volume of liquid varies drastically or when supply distance is long, this WAVE ABSORBER can be installed to stabilize material supply to the Heishin Dispenser.
When the supplied pressure of liquid is too high, this Hybrid Regulator can be installed to lower and stabilize the supplied pressure to the Heishin Dispenser.
The sensor measures the supplied pressure to the Heishin Dispenser. Sensor amp can be mounted on the DPU-F500 type controller.
