Super-H Roller Chain
Features inner and outer link plates shaped the same as those of Super Chain that are one size thicker than RS Roller Chain.
Ideal for applications that require higher allowable tension, tensile strength and shock absorption.
Maximum allowable load has been improved 20% over previous Super-H Chain with the December 2016 upgrade.
Features/Applications
High fatigue strength, tensile strength, shock absorption
- Features a 16% higher fatigue strength and 13% higher tensile strength than Super Chain.
- Ideal for construction machinery, automotive manufacturing facilities, ceramic industry, steel facilities, agricultural machinery, etc.
Caution
- Use sprockets made of S35C or higher carbon steel. Small sprockets must have hardened teeth. Cast iron sprockets cannot be used. Tsubaki’s RS Sprocket – Heavy Duty Type (hardened teeth), which are hardened throughout, but specially hardened on the bottom of the teeth, are recommended. Standard RS sprockets cannot be used for RS-HT/Super-H multi-strand roller chains due to differences. (Contact us for special configurations.)
- Consider Tough Tooth sprockets, which are optimal for Heavy Duty Chain.
