Basic models

• DT Series: Economical general use type
• AT Series: Heavy Duty type with improved conveying performance

Advanced models

• DTA series: Has 3x the bush-roller wear resistance of DT Series.
• ATA series: Has better pin-bush-roller wear resistance and a higher maximum allowable load than AT Series.

Roller types

Large size conveyor chains come with three basic roller types, depending on the application.

Basic Roller Types for Large Size Conveyor Chain
R roller	F roller	S,M,N roller
Our most basic, versatile roller type. Features a high roller allowable load and low frictional resistance.	Can easily stop lateral motion. Perfect for rough operating conditions, standard slat conveyors, etc. *When using K attachments, be aware that the attachment area may contact the roller flange.	Works to alleviate shock and wear when engaging the sprocket. S rollers: The outer diameter of roller is smaller than the plate height. M rollers: The outer diameter of roller is slightly larger than that of S rollers. N rollers: The outer diameter of roller is the same as with M rollers, but the pins are thicker for better strength. (RF26200N or higher)

Product Lineup

DT Series

Our most economical general use conveyor chain. Pins and bushes are heat treated, but plates are not.

DTA Series

Has 3x the bush-roller wear resistance of general use conveyor chains (DT Series).
*DTA and ATA Series chains are available with R and F rollers from RF03-RF36 sizes only.

AT Series

Has twice the tensile strength of general use conveyor chain (DT Series), with increased bush – roller wear resistance and roller allowable load.

ATA Series

Has 2x the bush-roller wear resistance & 1.5x the pin-bush wear resistance of AT Series Heavy Duty Conveyor Chain, along with 1.2x the maximum allowable load.
*DTA and ATA Series chains are available with R and F rollers from RF08-RF36 sizes only.
