TSUBAKI Bearing Roller Conveyor Chain
Anti-dust Specifications
Has the same dimensions as standard RF conveyor chain with R or F rollers. Labyrinth construction and seals make it difficult for dust to penetrate the rollers.
This gives Anti-dust Series 3x the wear life of Standard Series in dusty environments.
Available with DBR or DBF rollers.
Operating temperature range: -10ºC to 80ºC
Structure & Features
Conveyor chain with cylindrical bearings between the rollers and bushes. Has the same dimensions as general use conveyor chain with R or F rollers.

Note:
- DT Series: General Use Conveyor Chain, AT Series: Heavy Duty Conveyor Chain
- The base chain cannot be used to convey when fully covered in dust.
- Periodically lubricate the base chain using the grease nipples on the pin heads.
- Base chain is interchangeable with General Use Conveyor Chains and can use any existing sprockets.
- Do not use in corrosive environments (in contact with water, underwater, etc.).
