Tsubaki Power Cylinder Eco Series (Servo Type)

This new model of Power Cylinder can respond to a wide speed/thrust range. With the new addition of our precision planetary reducer (PAT-B) type to the lineup, achieves lower servomotor capacity, enabling a lightweight and compact design as well as reduced initial costs. It also comes with a mount that allows you to install a servomotor from any manufacturer. The mount code can be indicated in the reference number system.

Features

Maximizing Servomotor Performance
The combination of a high-efficiency ball screw and highly rigid lightweight disk coupling maximizes the servomotor performance.

High Stopping Accuracy
The high-precision ball screw delivers high stopping accuracy.
Repeated positioning accuracy is within ±0.02mm, and stopping accuracy is within ±0.1mm. The accuracies remain unaffected with the precision planetary reducer type.

Benefits of Precision Planetary Reducer Type
By downsizing the servomotor you can save on initial costs with smaller peripheral devices such as an amplifier, while reducing running costs through lower power consumption.

Desired servomotors can be installed.

High-Speed, Wide Thrust Range
Can be used at high-speed and in a wide thrust range.

Structure

Drive Unit
Motor:
You can choose the servomotor from any manufacturer. The servomotor will be installed or provided by the customer.

Coupling Unit
Coupling:
Our Echt-Flex Coupling NES Series is used. This industry-leading coupling features light weight and high rigidity, maximizing the servomotor performance.

Moving Unit
Ball Screw:
The high-efficiency ball screw is used. Withstands high-frequency operations and long service life can be expected.

Frame:
For weight saving, an aluminum frame is used. The cylinder’s external dimensions remain the same even if a magnetic sensor is embedded.
