This type can detect overload on crusher blades and output an automatic forward and reverse control signal when overload occurs.

Features

• Just by inputting starting (forward movement) signal, stopping, reverse movement,　 and　restarting during overload can be controlled without an external sequence program.
• In case the machine does not return to normal operation even after the preset reverse setting time has passed, the stopping signal is output to stop the device completely.
• The overload level, stop time, and reverse running time can be set easily on site.
• For energy saving, automatic stoppage available under no load.
