TSUBAKI Double Pitch Chain with Outboard Rollers
SS Series
All parts use SUS304 equivalent stainless steel for corrosion resistance, except for the pin, which uses precipitation hardened stainless steel.
Stainless steel S rollers and plastic or stainless steel double pitch R rollers available.
Base Chain Series
Steel rollers
- Base chain and base chain rollers use stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
- Operating temperature range: -20ºC to 400ºC
- Require additional lubrication.
Engineering plastic R rollers
- 30% lighter than steel rollers, 5 – 7dB quieter
- 30% less running resistance than steel rollers
- Operating temperature range: -20ºC to 80ºC
- Additional lubrication is required between pins and bushes. Engineering plastic rollers are white.
