TSUBAKI Double Plus Chain
Double Plus Chain SnapCover® Type

A Free Flow Chain using a unique combination of small and large diameter rollers to allow high speed conveyance at 2.5x the speed of the chain.
By attaching the light gray engineering plastic snap covers, you can cover the gap between large and small rollers, and between the small rollers themselves, preventing bolts, nuts, etc. from getting caught or falling through.

The base chain with Standard Series is steel, and users can pair this with seven different roller types to meet their application needs. (VRPUA and VRPUB are available for RF2030 only.)

Structure

“X” indicates a press fit. Other parts are slip fit.
The plate contour for where the snap cover will be attached differs from the Double Plus Chain diagram above.
Snap covers can be attached and removed.

(1) Chain size
(2) Chain series: VRP = Double Plus Chain with plastic rollers, VR = Double Plus Chain with steel rollers
(3) Engineering plastic rollers: A, B, C, D, UA, UB (for RF2030 only) *For steel rollers, leave blank
(4) SC = Snap cover
