TSUBAKI Double Plus Chain
SnapCover Lambda Series

A Free Flow Chain using a unique combination of small and large diameter rollers to allow high speed conveyance at 2.5x the speed of the chain.
By attaching the light gray engineering plastic snap covers, you can cover the gap between large and small rollers, and between the small rollers themselves, preventing bolts, nuts, etc. from getting caught or falling through.

Lambda Series uses a special oil-impregnated sintered bush for lube-free, long life operation.

Structure

• “X” indicates a press fit. Other parts are slip fit.
• Uses special oil-impregnated sintered bushes.
• Bushes have been press-fitted to the inner plates.
• Pins are specially nickel plated.
• Inner and outer link plates have a black oxide coating.
• The plate contour for where the snap cover will be attached differs from the Double Plus Chain diagram above.
• Snap covers can be easily attached and removed.

(1) Chain size
(2) Chain series: VRP = Double Plus Chain with plastic rollers, VR = Double Plus Chain with steel rollers
(3) Engineering plastic rollers: A, B, C, D, UA, UB (for RF2030 only) *For stell rollers, leave blank
(4) Base chain series: LMC = Lambda Series (lube-free)
(5) SC = Snap cover
