Uses special oil-impregnated sintered bushes on the base chain for lube-free, long life operation.

Outboard rollers available in engineering plastic (plastic rollers, plastic brake rollers, electroconductive rollers) and steel.

Base chain specifications

• Uses special oil-impregnated sintered bushes for lube-free, long life operation. (Steel outboard rollers still require additional lubrication.)
• While it has the same allowable load as standard series, the inner and outer plates have been treated with a black oxide coating for identification purposes.
• Operating temperature range: -10ºC to 150ºC
• Avoid use in contact with chemicals, water, or in cleaning/degreasing areas.

(2) Chain series: LMC = Lambda Series (cannot be combined with SS Series base chains)
(3) Base chain series: Blank = Standard Series, NP = NP Series (nickel plated)
(4) Outboard roller spacing: 1L = Every link
(5) Outboard roller type: SRP = Plastic roller, SR = Steel roller, SRPE = Electroconductive roller
(6) Outboard roller arrangement: T = Staggered arrangement, H = Parallel arrangement

Base roller: Steel

• Made-to-order item.
• For convenience, areas of the overall chain with no outboard rollers are referred to as the base chain.
• Steel outboard rollers still require additional lubrication, even if the base chain is Lambda Series.
