- Dp = Pitch diameter
- Use transfer plates with raised rib type chain.
Installing the caps and mounting screws
Also, adjust installation position of mounting screws in response to operating temperature conditions to allow for thermal expansion of the chain.

Under ambient temperatures (20°C) with no temperature changes
Install mounting screws for transfer plates 2 and 3 at the center of the long hole.
Under low temperatures conditions
Install mounting screws for transfer plates 2 and 3 closer to the center of the chain.
Under high temperatures conditions
Install mounting screws for transfer plates 2 and 3 closer to the end of the chain.
