Basic Series
Standard Series
This chain combines engineering plastic rollers (polyacetal) with (hardened) steel parts
NP Series
Uses a standard series chain with all parts except for the roller nickel plated for an attractive finish and light corrosion resistance.
SS Series
A corrosion resistant chain combining engineering plastic rollers (polyacetal) and SUS304 equivalent stainless steel parts.
LSC Series
Uses a special engineering plastic sleeve between the pins and bushes of an SS Series chain for lube-free, long life operation. Made for use in dry environments.
Series for Heat/Chemical Resistance and Use in Food Equipment
KV Series
Possesses superior heat, chemical, and flame resistance, and complies with Japanese Food Sanitation Act. Base chain only available in stainless steel SS Series.
LSK Series
Uses a special engineering plastic bush with SS Series for lube-free, long life operation in high temperature environments (180ºC).
Low Noise Series
Standard Series
This chain’s special engineering plastic rollers make it -7dB quieter than with standard engineering plastic rollers.
NP Series
The base chain (hardened steel) except for the rollers has been nickel plated, making it quiet with light corrosion resistance.
SS Series
The base chain uses SUS304 equivalent stainless steel except for the plastic rollers, making this a quiet, corrosion resistant plastic roller chain.
