Stainless Steel Double Pitch Chain

A Double Pitch Chain using a combination of various materials allowing it to be used in water and in corrosive atmospheres that are acidic or alkali, as well as in low and high temperatures.

Tsubaki offers a complete line-up of corrosion resistant chains, such as SS Series using SUS304 equivalent stainless steel, NS Series with greater corrosion resistance, AS Series with higher strength thanks to hardened parts, long-life LSC Series, and new LSK Series with even greater wear, heat, and chemical resistance.

Product Lineup

SS Series

A standard corrosion resistant Double Pitch Chain using an SUS304 equivalent stainless steel. Can be used in water, acids, alkalis, low/high temperatures (-20ºC to 400ºC), and other special environments.

NS Series

Uses SUS316 equivalent stainless steel, making it ideal for situations requiring greater corrosion resistance than standard SS Series.

AS Series

A Double Pitch Chain with precipitation hardened stainless steel for the pins and S rollers, and other parts in SUS304 equivalent stainless steel. Features 1.5x the maximum allowable load of SS Series, but with a slight loss of corrosion resistance.

LSC Series

Uses SUS304 equivalent stainless steel, and features a special engineering plastic sleeve inserted between pins and bushes for 4x the wear life of SS Series (based on in-house comparisons). A stainless steel chain with lube-free, long life operation.

LSK Series

A stainless steel conveyor chain with a special bush. The self-lubricating part used between the pins and bushes allows for long life in high temperatures (180ºC). Rollers are available in stainless steel or KV Series.
