The world’s smallest chain pitch (4.5mm)
Enable a simple conveyor design. In addition, it can be used as a transfer unit between conveyors thanks to minimized dead space between conveyors.
Made of PEEK plastic (polyether ether ketone plastic)
Plastic Modular Chain made of crystalline resin and PEEK plastic with excellent heat resistance (Max. 150°C), chemical resistance, and sliding characteristics. It can even be used in vacuums thanks to superior radiation resistance and less outgassing.
Conforms to food sanitation regulations
WT0405-W Series conforms to Japan’s Food Sanitation Act and the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).

Application examples of adjoining layout between conveyors
The use of R2.5mm nose bars enables adjoining layout between conveyors, and reduces the distance of separation to 13mm because dead plates are not required.
