Features
Enables a 19mm dead space between conveyors.
Minimizes the dead space to 19mm between conveyors by combining with a minimum R3mm nose bars.
Dead plates are not required depending on conveyed items /conditions, and perfect for conveying small items of φ30. In addition, can be used as a transfer unit between conveyors.
Adopting slit pins makes chain assembly and disassembly smooth.
Uses a slit pin integrated with the plug for chains with 50mm and 100mm widths. Reduces installation and maintenance time — chain assembly and disassembly is a snap.

Low noise
Reduces noise by 6.5dB on average compared to chains with a 15mm pitch.

Available in the same 50mm and 100mm widths as belts — easy to replace belt conveyors.
- Fixed width type: 50mm, 100mm
- Wide type: Chain widths greater than 150mm can be increased in 50mm units.
