Features of raised rib type chain
By combining the raised rib type with a transfer plate, users can eliminate gaps occurring in connecting areas, preventing entanglement and catching, and enabling smooth transference.
With dead plates, vertical motion from the chain due to polygonal movement changes the gap size between the dead plate and chain upper surface.
Depending on the shape of the conveyed item, it can get caught in the gap and topple.
With transfer plates, the transfer plate combs between the ribs on the chain’s upper surface are positioned where they will not be affected by polygonal motion.
This prevents conveyed items from toppling.
