TSUBAKI Stainless Steel Double Pitch Chain
AS Series
A Double Pitch Chain with precipitation hardened stainless steel for the pins and S rollers, and other parts in SUS304 equivalent stainless steel.
Be aware that while it features 1.5x the maximum allowable load of SS Series, there is a slight loss of corrosion resistance. Ideal for decreasing the size of your conveying operations or when added conveying strength is needed.
Features and Points of Caution
- Has 1.5x the maximum allowable load of SS Series.
- Perfect for when corrosion and heat resistance (-20ºC to 400ºC) is needed, or to decrease the size of your conveying operations or when added conveying strength is needed.
- Has slightly lower corrosion resistance compared to SS Series.
- Magnetic.
